Customize modules: Leads, Contacts, Deals, and Accounts
Create custom fields related to our business (e.g., rack type, project location, rack size, and value)
Define and automate the following pipeline stages:
New Inquiry → Site Visit → Quotation Sent → Quotation Approved → Invoice Sent → Payment Received → Job Completed
Automate:
Lead-to-deal conversion
Follow-up emails and reminders
Staff task creation and internal notifications
Zoho Books Integration:
Sync CRM data with Zoho Books: contacts, items, deals
Auto-generate financial documents from deals:
Quotation
Proforma Invoice
Final Invoice
Payment Receipt
Payment Acknowledgment
Ensure proper inclusion of VAT (5%) as per UAE standards
Apply branded templates with company logo, terms, and conditions
Workflow Automation:
Automatically generate and send documents via email
