Title: Zoho CRM Expert Needed for Team Training (6 People)
Description:
We're looking for an experienced, fluent English-speaking Zoho CRM consultant to conduct a comprehensive training session for a team of 6 people. Our goal is to move the team from basic usage to full confidence in managing our client pipeline.
Key Training Objectives:
Lead Management: capturing, managing, and qualifying leads
Conversion Workflow: converting a Lead into an Account, Contact, and Deal/Potential
Onboarding & Sales Pipelines: tracking the client onboarding journey in the CRM
Proposals & Documents: creating, sending, and tracking proposals/estimates linked to clients
Activities & Reminders: setting up tasks, logging calls, and configuring reminders
Best Practices: walkthrough of standard tabs and keeping data clean
Requirements:
Proven experience training teams on Zoho CRM (Zoho Certification is a plus)
Fluent, clear spoken English
Ability to deliver training remotely via Zoom/Teams, with a recording provided for future reference
