Project Description:
We are looking for a Zoho CRM Plus specialist to help us with the following:
Complete setup & customization of Zoho CRM Plus as per our sales workflow.
GPS-based tracking integration for our field sales executives.
Lead & customer database structuring (region-wise, product-wise, etc.).
Automated reporting, follow-up reminders, and visit logs.
TA/DA claim tracking module configuration within Zoho.
Email/WhatsApp integration for customer communication.
Team training (basic to intermediate level) for 5–10 users.

Preferred Consultant Background:
Prior Zoho CRM implementation experience in industrial, B2B, or FMCG sales setups.
Ability to suggest real-world CRM best practices.
Fluent in Hindi or English (for virtual training sessions).
Payment Terms:
