**Objectives:**
* Centralize all leads, clients, and project data in Zoho CRM
* Automate sales and follow-up processes

**Scope of Work:**
**1. CRM Setup & Customization**
* Configure Zoho CRM from scratch or optimize existing setup
* Create custom modules (Projects, Services, Sites, etc.)
* Customize fields, layouts, and data structure
* Setup multi-country business structure (Qatar, Saudi, India)
**2. Lead & Sales Pipeline Management**
* Design lead capture and qualification process
* Setup multiple pipelines based on services
* Define stages (Enquiry → Quotation → Negotiation → Won/Lost)
* Lead assignment rules and tracking
**3. Workflow Automation**
* Automate follow-ups (email, tasks, reminders)
* Auto lead assignment based on region/service
* Notification triggers for team updates
* SLA and response tracking
**4. Integrations**
* Integration with Zoho Mail
* Integration with website forms (WordPress)
* Integration with WhatsApp (if possible)
* API integrations if required
**5. Reporting & Dashboard**
* Sales performance dashboard
* Lead source tracking
* Conversion rate reports
* Custom reports for management insights
**6. User Management**
* Setup roles and permissions
