Zoho CRM Specialist for Car Import Business

Description:
We are Hanami Japan, a growing car import business bringing vehicles from Japan to Tanzania and East Africa. We want to set up and optimize Zoho CRM to manage our sales process and customer interactions more effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist who can:

Understand our business model (car import sales, customer inquiries, reservations, payments, and delivery).

Map and design the full customer journey within Zoho CRM (from lead → inquiry → reservation → payment → delivery → after-sales follow-up).

Customize modules, fields, and workflows to fit our operations.

Automate communications (emails/WhatsApp integration if possible).

Create dashboards and reports for sales tracking and performance monitoring.

Provide guidance/training to our team on using the CRM effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM setup and customization.

Strong knowledge of sales automation, workflows, and integrations.

Experience with businesses in automotive, e-commerce, or import/export (preferred).

Ability to communicate clearly and provide recommendations.

Deliverables:

Fully customized Zoho CRM setup for Hanami.

Defined customer journey mapped into workflows and automation.

Documentation or training session for our internal team.

Project Type: One-time setup (with possible ongoing support later).
