We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM expert who can set up our CRM end-to-end including lead capture, automation, and WhatsApp integration.

Scope of Work:
1. Meta Lead Ads Integration
• Connect Facebook & Instagram Lead Forms to Zoho CRM
• Auto-create leads in CRM instantly
• Map all fields correctly (Name, Phone, Email, Location, Campaign, etc.)
2. Lead Pipeline Setup
Create sales pipeline stages:

• New Lead
• Contacted
• Trial Booked
• Trial Completed
• Membership Closed
• Follow-up / Lost
3. Task & Automation Workflows
• Auto-assign leads to sales team
• Auto-create call tasks
• Lead status tracking
• Follow-up reminders
4. WhatsApp Integration
• Integrate WhatsApp Business API (via WATI / Interakt / Twilio or similar)
• Enable WhatsApp messaging inside Zoho
