I’m moving my financial-planning practice—focused on Child Education Funds plus Retirement & Pension solutions—onto Zoho CRM and need end-to-end help getting everything production-ready.
Scope of work
I have a clean list of existing leads ready to import. From there, I want my new Zoho environment configured from scratch, including custom modules and fields that suit financial-advisory workflows. Key automations must cover:
• Lead capturing from web forms, social channels, referrals and any future sources I add.
• Appointment scheduling that syncs seamlessly with my calendar and sends confirmations and reminders.
• AI-driven lead nurturing. I plan to use an Agentic AI approach, so I’ll need sequences that score, segment and send personalised emails or WhatsApp messages based on intent and behaviour.
Deliverables
1. Initial system architecture and module layout approved by me.
2. Data import of my existing lead list with validation checks.
3. Workflow, blueprint or Journey Builder automations for capture, scheduling and nurture, fully tested.
4. Agentic AI integration set up, including prompt design, message templates and fallback logic.
5. User guide (video or PDF) that lets me adjust or extend the system on my own.
6. Hyper-care support through launch until everything runs smoothly.
Your expertise with Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Campaigns, Bookings/Calendar, and any generative-AI or Agentic frameworks will be essential. Clear milestones, concise documentation and prompt communication will make this project a success.
