Zoho CRM & Projects Setup

I’m rolling out Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects across Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing with one clear objective—streamlining daily operations. I already have the licences; what I need now is an expert who knows the platform inside-out, from profile and role permissions to module customisation, workflow automation, and cross-app integrations.
Here’s how I picture the engagement:
• We jump on focused screen-share sessions (a few hours at a time) where you configure, demonstrate, and fine-tune settings live.
• You advise on best-practice data architecture, user roles, and security settings, then build the agreed changes directly in my account.
• Light documentation after each session keeps track of what was done, why, and how to adjust it later.
Phase 1 covers CRM and Projects; a time-tracking solution will follow in Phase 2, so choices you make now should leave room for that add-on.
