Title: Zoho CRM Plus Setup & Training for Marketing Team
Description:
We are looking to hire a Zoho CRM Plus expert to help us with the following:
Complete Setup of our Zoho CRM Plus account, including customization as per our business needs (sales pipeline, customer tracking, reporting, TA/DA claim integration if possible).
Automation of lead tracking, customer follow-up, and basic workflows.
User Role Definition for marketing executives and admins.
Training Sessions for our marketing and sales executives on how to use Zoho CRM Plus effectively.
Ongoing Support (preferred but optional).
Our Business:
We are a leading manufacturer and distributor in the automotive segment, currently using manual systems to track sales team visits and expenses. We want to shift to a fully integrated CRM solution.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM Plus setup and training
Strong communication skills (preferably fluent in Hindi & English)
Experience working with sales/field teams
Ability to complete the setup and training within 10–15 days
Location Preference: Remote, but trainers from India preferred due to time zone and language.
