Zoho CRM and Nextiva Integration

I need a system to manage sales inquiries efficiently. Sales inquiries tickets should be received in Zoho CRM. When a sales inquiry ticket is created, a lead should also be injected into the Nextiva dialer with no more than a 5-minute lag time.

Requirements:
- Sales inquiry tickets in Zoho CRM
- Capture:
- Customer contact details
- Product interest details
- Urgency level

- Prioritize based on urgency level
