Zoho CRM New Contacts Entry

I need a detail-oriented freelancer to log a backlog of new contact information directly into my Zoho CRM account. All source data will be provided in spreadsheets and email threads; your task is to capture every field we track in Zoho—name, company, role, email, phone, address and any custom tags we use—while double-checking for typos and obvious duplicates before saving.

Access to my Zoho CRM will be granted through a temporary user profile. I’ll start you with a short sample batch so we can confirm field mapping and formatting, then move on to the full file. Accuracy is more important than speed, but once you are comfortable with the workflow I’d like steady daily progress.

Deliverables
• All new contacts entered and saved in Zoho CRM
• Internal “Notes” field updated with the date of entry for traceability
• A brief completion report summarising total records added and any issues spotted (duplicates, missing data, etc.)
