Zoho CRM Module Redesign, Expert Required

I’m on a paid Zoho CRM plan and the customised set-up no longer matches our requirement. I need a Zoho specialist to reshape the existing structure—no new modules, just smarter use of what’s already there.
Primary focus
• Reduce Data redundancy. Current data is not linked to a unique identifier (like a Mobile number) and hence multiple leads are created even for the same mobile number.
. Clearly marking ISD codes (like India, US, Unknown) for easy data Filtration.
I’ll provide admin access and a sandbox to work in. Please share your Zoho CRM experience, estimated turnaround, and any clarifying questions up front so we can move quickly.
