I’m moving our entire customer database out of Google Sheets and into Zoho CRM, and I want the transition to be tidy, automated where possible, and immediately useful for the sales team. The raw data—leads, contacts, deal history, notes, and payment details—currently lives in several interconnected sheets. Your first task will be to audit that data, map every column to the correct Zoho fields, and run a clean import so nothing is lost or duplicated.
Once the records are in Zoho, I need tailored workflows rather than the out-of-the-box layout. Specifically:
• Leads & Contacts Management – custom fields, pick-lists, and assignment rules that match our terminology.
• Sales Pipeline – clearly defined stages, automatic stage transitions, and task triggers.
• Reporting & Analytics – dashboards that show pipeline value, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting at a glance.
• Payment Collection – a simple way to log payments against deals, ideally leveraging Zoho Books, Checkout, or a similar native tool.
