Zoho CRM & Invoice Setup

We are looking for a highly experienced Zoho One specialist who understands the platform inside and out — not just basic CRM setup.

We want someone who can help us fully utilise the benefits of the Zoho One premium package, particularly for:

Zoho CRM setup and optimisation

Zoho Campaigns / Marketing Automation

SalesIQ (website visitor tracking & live chat)

Linking application/contact forms to our website and CRM

Automation workflows

Integration between Zoho and Xero

Dashboard reporting and analytics


Requirements:

Proven experience implementing Zoho One end-to-end, in the cleaning services industry if possible.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture and automation

Experience integrating Zoho with websites

Ability to advise on best practices, not just execute tasks

Preferably Zoho certified
