We are now transitioning our operations into Zoho One for complete digital automation.
Objective
We are looking for a Zoho CRM expert or certified developer to design and propose a complete CRM implementation plan, including customization, automation, and workflow mapping that fits our trading business model.
Scope of Work
Zoho CRM Setup & Customization
Custom modules for Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Accounting
Automation of lead, quotation, and purchase flow
Role-based data access for team members
Zoho Integration
Integration with Zoho Books, Zoho Mail, Zoho Flow, and WhatsApp API
Data sync between CRM and accounting
Automation of follow-ups and document workflows
Dashboard & Reporting
Create visual dashboards for management overview
Generate daily/weekly performance reports
AI & Automation Layer (Optional but Preferred)
Setup AI chatbot or assistant for internal CRM queries
Smart reminders, task assignment, and lead scoring
Handover & Documentation
SOPs for team usage
One training session post-implementation
Deliverables
Workflow design document (PDF or diagram)
CRM customization setup (sandbox or demo account preferred)
Integration plan
Post-implementation training guide
Ideal Freelancer
