Zoho CRM Expert for Lead Management & Analytics

Project Title: Zoho CRM Setup & Optimization – Inbound, Outbound, Analytics
We are looking for a Zoho CRM expert (not someone experimenting for the first time) who can help us optimize and configure both inbound and outbound lead management workflows, along with resolving analytics dashboard issues. Please apply only if you have demonstrable experience in working with Zoho CRM setups and customizations.
Scope of Work
1. Inbound Lead Setup & Issue Fixing
Our website's CTA form is currently not syncing properly with Zoho CRM. This needs to be resolved.
We’ve already configured basic lead capture; however, syncing and automation need refinement.
2. Lead Staging / Buckets Enhancement
We’ve implemented a bucket system to categorize leads (e.g., New Lead → Qualified → Assigned to Team).
We now want to:
Tweak existing stages.
Add more stages for finer tracking.
Set rules for automatic transitions between buckets based on actions or updates.
3. Analytics Dashboard Sync Issue
Our dashboard is not updating month-on-month correctly.
While July data is available in CRM, the dashboard still shows data up to June.
We need someone to fix this sync issue so our reporting is up-to-date and accurate.
Additional Requirement: Outbound Prospecting Module
We’re also building an outbound system:
Currently, we handle outreach through LinkedIn, email, trade shows, etc.
We have a prospecting workflow in place (e.g., starting from a contact list like "Alex Smith's list").
We want to build and integrate a dedicated Prospecting Module within the CRM to manage:
Cold outreach
Follow-ups
Campaign tracking
Conversion into leads
This module should seamlessly integrate with our existing outbound and inbound CRM flows.
