Zoho CRM Expert Needed for Boys PG Lead Management

I am seeking a Zoho CRM expert to assist with lead management for a Boys PG. The project involves comprehensive integration, customization, automation, and reporting within Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Capture and integrate leads from platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Ads, and calls.
- CRM Customization: Configure various modules, fields, pipelines, and lead scoring to suit our specific needs.
- Marketing Integration: Establish connections with Instagram and Google Ads for effective lead tracking and management.
- Call Integration: Implement systems for call logging, tracking, and recording.
- Automation: Set up automated follow-ups, notifications, and responses to streamline our processes.
- Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and reports for lead tracking and campaign performance assessment.
- Training & Support: Provide basic training for our team and ongoing support as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM is a must.
- Experience in sales automation and lead management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing and call integrations is essential.
- Previous experience with PGs, hostels, or real estate will be an added advantage.
