We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to help implement a structured lead management system for our ecommerce business.
Our company sells custom sports uniforms to teams, schools, and organizations across the United States. We receive inquiries through email, website quote requests, chat, and phone calls. The goal of this project is to ensure every lead is properly tracked, followed up with, and moved through a clear pipeline.
We have already designed the CRM structure and need someone to implement the workflows, automations, and task system inside Zoho CRM.
This should be straightforward work for someone experienced with Zoho workflows.
