Zoho CRM & Desk Optimization

I'm seeking an experienced Zoho consultant to review our current Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk setup, advise on best practices, and configure them for more organized client and sales management.

We currently use the free versions of Zoho CRM (for sales) and Zoho Desk (for support). Our clients are primarily banks. We have two engineers using Zoho Desk for client support, one sales representative using Zoho CRM, and management access is required to both systems.

Key Deliverables:
- Audit our current Zoho CRM and Desk setup.
- Organize and clean up existing client data (around 20 accounts).
- Create a simple, easy-to-follow CRM sales pipeline.
- Configure Zoho Desk for ticket categories and assignable workflows within free-tier limits.
- Link CRM and Desk for better visibility between sales and support.
- Provide short team training on how to use the setup effectively.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
- Strong data management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create efficient workflows and sales pipelines.
- Experience in training teams on new systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially in a B2B context.
