Zoho CRM Data Assistant

My entire sales pipeline lives in Zoho CRM and I need an organised virtual assistant to keep it clean and insightful. Day to day you’ll jump into my Zoho account, tidy up contact and lead records, move them through the correct stages, and pull the reports I rely on for weekly and monthly decision-making.

The core of the role is twofold:
• Generating reports – sales performance snapshots, pipeline velocity, and any quick ad-hoc views I request, exported in PDF and Excel formats.
• Managing contacts & leads – de-duplicating, updating fields, tagging campaigns, and making sure every record reflects its latest status.

You should already feel comfortable inside Zoho CRM’s dashboard, filters, custom views, and report builder. Familiarity with Zoho Analytics is a plus, but not required.

Deliverables will be:
1. All contact and lead records current and accurately staged at the end of each business day.
2. A consolidated report pack delivered every Friday before 5 PM (and on demand when I ask).
