Zoho CRM Customization & Migration

My Zoho CRM account needs a complete makeover so it mirrors the way we actually sell and service clients. I want it to feel like a natural extension of our workflow, not a generic template.
Here is what has to happen:
• Custom fields and modules that match our pipeline, product lines, and support checkpoints
• Workflow automation for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, stage changes, and any other repetitive tasks we can take off the team’s plate
• Custom reports and dashboards that give management the high-level KPIs they need while letting individual reps track their own numbers
• Accurate, clean data migration—contacts, companies, deals, notes, and historical activities—from our spreadsheets and legacy CRM into the new structure with zero duplicates or data loss
Everything should be built with native Zoho CRM tools so we can maintain the setup without heavy third-party workarounds. Once the build is done, I’ll need concise documentation and a quick recorded walkthrough so the team can hit the ground running.
