I am seeking an experienced professional to assist with customizing and integrating various modules within Zoho CRM to enhance our sales and customer management processes. The primary focus is on lead management, customer management, and agent/channel partner management.

Key Requirements:
- Customize Zoho CRM modules: Lead Management, Customer Management, and Agent/Channel Partner Management.
- Implement lead entry automation from multiple platforms, including social media, websites via API integration, and portals.
- Integrate telephony (Mcube) and WhatsApp for seamless communication.
- Develop a commission dashboard for agent/channel partner management.
- Automate the customer onboarding process from initial agreement to final registration and post-registration.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM customization and integration.
- Experience with API integration for lead entry from platforms like MagicBricks, 99Acre, Square Yards, Google Ads, and Meta.
- Strong knowledge of telephony and WhatsApp integration with CRM systems.
- Ability to create automated workflows for customer onboarding.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books and Zoho Analytics for comprehensive business management.
