About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Expert to design, customize, and optimize our Zoho environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Zoho applications, particularly CRM, Zoho Sign, Zoho Marketing tools, Deluge scripting, and Zoho Flow. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, integrating systems, automating processes, and ensuring our CRM is optimized to support product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM to align with product requirements, including modules, fields, layouts, and automation rules.
- Develop and maintain custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Implement automations using Blueprints and Workflows
- Implement and manage Zoho Sign for contracts, e-signatures, and compliance workflows.
- Set up and optimize Zoho Marketing tools (Campaigns, Marketing Automation, etc.) to support lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Design and implement automated workflows using Zoho Flow to integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications.
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot system issues, ensure data integrity, and provide ongoing system support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise with Zoho CRM administration and development.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Sign, Zoho Marketing tools, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
- Hands-on experience building custom workflows, functions, integrations, and automations.
- Ability to manage API integrations between Zoho and external systems.
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business process workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, or Zoho One) are a strong plus.
- Experience working in wealth management.
