Project Title: Creation of Zoho CRM Canvas Views/Templates for a TRAVEL COMPANY
Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to help us design and develop customized Zoho CRM Canvas views and templates that align with our Travel Agency's business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho CRM and its Canvas functionality, along with a proven track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly Canvas views/templates.
KEY TASKS:
- Design and implement custom Canvas views/templates within Zoho CRM to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
Work with our team to understand specific business requirements and tailor the views to match these needs.
- Create visually appealing, intuitive, and functional layouts that are responsive and easy to navigate.
- Test and optimize templates to ensure they work seamlessly across different devices and user roles.
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and usability best practices.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Custom Zoho Canva Views for 10 modules (2 User views, 1 List View) and 2 Client Portals (4xPAX views, 1 Vendor view)
- Ensuring a consistent style throughout templates
- Focus on minimalist and clean graphic design
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience working with Zoho CRM Canvas views/templates.
- Proven ability to create custom templates that are both functional and user-friendly.
- Expertise in Zoho CRM’s UX capabilities and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate business needs into effective visual designs.
- Ability to provide recent samples of Canvas views/templates previously created (please include links or attachments).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in projects for the Travel Industry is a PLUS but not required.
