Zoho CRM & Books Specialist

I manage a growing operation on Zoho One and I’m ready to refine both CRM and Books so they work seamlessly together.

In Zoho CRM I need:
• Historical records and attachments moved in without data loss or field mismatches
• Module and layout tweaks that reflect our actual sales process
• Blueprint-style and Deluge automations to keep leads, deals and follow-ups moving without manual reminders

In Zoho Books I’m looking for:
• Rules that turn closed deals into draft invoices automatically, picking the right tax codes every time
• Scheduled reports that give me P&L and aged receivables in my inbox each Monday

And of course the two apps must stay in sync—contacts, products, and invoice status flowing both ways, ideally through native integration or Zoho Flow where custom logic is required.

This is ongoing work: once the core pieces are in place, I’ll need periodic enhancements and troubleshooting. I’ll share sandbox credentials first; production access comes after successful testing.

Acceptance criteria will be:
1. All legacy data visible and searchable in CRM.
2. A test deal converted to an invoice in Books with no manual steps.
3. Weekly financial report emails generated automatically.
