Zoho CRM & Books Automations

I run our sales pipeline in Zoho CRM (we currently use Deal management only) and handle billing through Zoho Books. I now need a streamlined, end-to-end set of automations that links the two platforms and removes the manual steps my team still performs every day.

Automation flow required
• When a Deal is marked Closed–Won, automatically create a Booking record inside CRM and open a matching Project in Zoho Books.
• Once that Booking moves to “Confirmed”, fire Google Calendar invitations to the customer and to the specific artists selected for that job.
• When the Booking reaches “Completed”, generate a draft customer invoice and separate draft bills for each artist in Zoho Books—ready for my review and approval.

Data upkeep
Artists & Vendors live in their own custom modules. I receive daily CSV notifications by email and want those files parsed and the modules updated automatically, keeping IDs, rates, and contact details perfectly in sync.

I am happy to use native tools such as Zoho Flow, Deluge, Books APIs, or other best-practice methods you recommend, provided everything sits neatly inside the Zoho ecosystem and respects existing field structures.
