Zoho CRM & Books Automation

I manage a growing business that now relies on Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Desk, yet most of our processes are still manual. I want to hand over the admin work so everything runs automatically and my team can focus on customers instead of clicks.

Here is what I need next:

• Zoho CRM
– Build clean, reliable workflows for our sales pipeline.
– Automate repetitive follow-ups, field updates and task assignments.
– Configure user roles and profiles so each rep sees only what they should.

• Zoho Books
– Streamline invoice management, including custom templates and automated reminders.
– Set up scheduled financial-report snapshots I can pull without exporting to spreadsheets.

• Cross-app touchpoints
– Ensure data flows smoothly between CRM, Books and Zoho Desk, avoiding duplicates and mismatched fields.
– Wherever possible, leverage Deluge scripts or Blueprint so future tweaks are easy.

Acceptance will be simple: if a non-technical teammate can run through our core sales-to-invoice process end-to-end without manual edits, the job is done.
