Zoho CRM Audit & Optimization by Certified Expert

We are seeking a Zoho Certified Consultant to thoroughly audit and optimize our existing Zoho CRM account. This project focuses on improving workflow automation, integrations, lead management, and reporting to maximize efficiency and data accuracy.

Scope of Work:

1.Audit current Zoho CRM setup and configuration

2. Assess workflow automation, integration with other Zoho apps like Meetings, Bookings, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Social etc.., for effective lead capture

3. Set up lead source tracking from multiple channels and campaigns, with campaign names captured as tags

4. Evaluate and optimize reports and dashboards

5. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and redundant processes

Deliverables:

1. A detailed audit report with actionable recommendations

2. Implementation of approved recommendations, including fixing issues and optimizing CRM performance

3. Implementation of lead management by syncing other Zoho apps

Requirements:

Zoho Certification mandatory

Proven experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One apps

Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, integrations, and campaign tracking
