Seeking an expert Zoho One Architect to Project Objective: Configure a centralized "Command Center" within Zoho One to automate the end-to-end lifecycle of lead sourcing to tracking the deal to closure and then fulfilling the acquisition/client needs. The system must manage lead intake, site due diligence, project management milestones, and stakeholder documentation (investors, builders, and operators).

1. The Tech Stack & Integrations
Zoho CRM (Core): Custom modules for "Properties" and ZOHO Projects integration in the future
Zoho Sign: Automated contract execution for JV agreements and operator leases.
Calendly: Seamless lead booking into CRM with automated task creation.
Zoho Projects: Integration for tracking construction milestones and utility reconciliation.
Xero: Integrate with the invoicing system Xero

Future-proofing: Ability to link via Webhooks/Zapier for external data-driven property analysis tools.

2. Key Workflow Requirements
We require a system that handles the following stages:
-Lead Management: Automate the transition from a Calendly discovery call to a "Qualified Investor" profile.
