Zoho CRM Account Hierarchy Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need help configuring a brand-new Zoho CRM to mirror the three-level account hierarchy we use in our ERP system:
National Account → Customer → Ship-To
This is a brand-new CRM setup. We are NOT importing legacy data at this stage and, for now, I only want to focus on the Accounts/account hierarchy structure. No Leads, marketing automation, or complex integrations yet.
The initial project will be done together over a live screen-share session.
Scope of work:
• Configure the Accounts structure to support:
National Accounts
Customer/Bill-To Accounts
Ship-To locations
• Create the appropriate:
custom fields
lookup relationships
layouts
related lists
views and filters
• Ensure users can easily drill down from:
National Account → Customer → Ship-To
• Configure the setup so:
some customers can have multiple ship-tos
some customers can have no ship-tos at all
sales ownership can eventually exist at the Ship-To level
• Enter and test sample records together to confirm:
hierarchy behavior
lookups
reporting visibility
usability
Important:
I want the CRM structure to closely mirror how the hierarchy already works operationally in our ERP/business workflows.
I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with Zoho CRM architecture and live collaborative configuration sessions—not just basic CRM data entry.
If this first phase goes well, there will likely be ongoing work involving:
automations
dashboards
workflows
reporting
ERP-related processes
sales pipeline improvements
potentially API/integration work later
