Zoho Books and CRM integration

Hello,

I would like to develop Zoho books to make workflows which will trigger multiple purchase and sales bills. The entry level data will be entered by our filed professionals but that data should be able to open multiple bills which will be approved by our accounting team.
Let me know if you have more ideas to get me what I'm looking for...
