WhatsApp (Interakt) + Zoho CRM Integration with Automation (MVP – 5 Days)

We are looking for an experienced freelancer to set up a WhatsApp automation system using Interakt + Zoho CRM.
This is a Phase-1 MVP focused on:
• Lead capture
• User segmentation
• Basic automation
• WhatsApp alert delivery
Must be implemented using Interakt + Zoho CRM only
No custom backend / no tool changes
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. WhatsApp Flow (Interakt)
Create a step-by-step button-based flow:
Welcome → Business Type → Region → Sector → State (optional) → Frequency → Budget → Summary → Confirm → Success
Smooth navigation
Edit/back handling
2. Zoho CRM Integration
• Capture all user inputs
• Store in Zoho CRM with proper field mapping
• Auto create/update lead
3. Tagging & Segmentation
• Apply tags based on user inputs
• Basic segmentation logic
4. Alert Setup (WhatsApp)
• Send sample alert message
• Include key details (Title, Location, Value, Deadline)
• Buttons: View Summary / Save
5. Testing & Handover
• End-to-end testing
• Bug fixes
• Basic handover
TIMELINE:
3–5 Days (Strict)
BUDGET:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Milestone-based)
REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
• Experience with WhatsApp API (Interakt / WATI / Twilio)
• Experience with Zoho CRM
• Can deliver within 3–5 days
• Comfortable with tool-based setup (no custom build)
