I need an experienced freelancer to set up a basic WhatsApp Business API system integrated with Zoho CRM for lead generation and client communication.

No chatbot, no complex automation, no custom backend.
Scope of Work:
WhatsApp Setup:
• Setup WhatsApp Business API using Interakt (preferred) or WATI
• Assist with Meta Business verification/setup (if required)
• Create & get approval for 1–2 WhatsApp message templates
• Setup shared inbox for handling incoming replies
Zoho CRM Setup:
• Integrate WhatsApp leads into Zoho CRM
• Setup lead pipeline stages:
o New
o Contacted
o Interested
o Converted
• Implement lead tagging system (source/category)
• Setup basic follow-up reminders/tasks
Important Constraints:
• No chatbot
• No complex automation
• No custom backend
• System must be simple, stable, and easy to manage
Timeline:
3–5 days (Strict)
Preference will be given to freelancers who can complete in 2–3 days
Budget:
₹8,000 – ₹10,000
