Zoho CRM Expert Needed — Customize Modules & Integrations for Team Access

Description:
We are looking for a Zoho CRM expert who can help us streamline our CRM view for employees by only showing the specific modules and integrations we need.

Scope of Work:

Configure Zoho CRM so that employees only see the following:
From Zoho Books:

Customers

Contacts

Estimates

Sales Orders

Invoices

From Zoho Voice:

Zoho Dialer (Zoho Voice) integration

From Zoho SalesIQ:

Chat and lead tracking integration

Set up profile permissions & role-based access so only these modules are visible.

Ensure proper integration and data sync between Zoho Books, Zoho Voice, Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho CRM.

Test to confirm everything works seamlessly for all employee logins.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Zoho CRM customization and module visibility setup.

Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Voice (Dialer), and Zoho SalesIQ integrations.

Experience setting roles & profiles in Zoho CRM for access control.

Ability to optimize user interface for a clean, simplified experience.

Deliverables:

Fully configured Zoho CRM environment with only the listed modules visible to employees.

Working integration between CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Voice, and Zoho SalesIQ.

Documentation or quick training for admin on how to manage permissions going forward.

Project Timeline:

Ideally completed within 1–2 weeks.
