Need 10-Year Zoho Suite Expert
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m preparing a full rollout of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books and want to tap into the depth of a specialist who has at least a decade of hands-on experience across the suite.
For Zoho CRM, the immediate focus is threefold:
• Tailor the module layout, fields, and related lists so the screens match our sales workflow.
• Build workflow automation that routes leads, triggers follow-ups, and keeps data tidy without human babysitting.
• Migrate existing customer and deal data from spreadsheets and a legacy system, preserving notes, timelines, and attachments.
On the Zoho Books side, I need:
• A clean, audit-ready setup that aligns with our chart of accounts and tax rules.
• Migration of two years of historical invoices, payments, and vendor bills.
• Custom financial and management reports that my leadership team can pull on demand.
Acceptance criteria
• No data loss or field mismatch after migration (sample reconciliation will be provided).
• All automations documented in-app
• Reports render within three seconds and match figures in source files to within 0.5%.
