Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books to ensure accurate financial data synchronization.

Configure Zoho Sales IQ bots to enhance user engagement, data enrichment and automate customer interactions.
Define and implement well-defined stages of the sales funnel to guide users through the customer journey.
Develop strategies to prevent duplication in Lead, Accounts, Contacts, and Potentials within Zoho CRM.
Utilize Zoho CRM's security functions to ensure data privacy and access control.
Design and implement workflow automation to streamline and optimize various business processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
