Excel & Zoho CRM Assistant
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for someone who can jump into my day-to-day workflow and tighten up two key areas: Excel reporting and our Zoho CRM processes.
On the spreadsheet side, I often pull raw data that needs to be transformed into clear weekly and monthly summaries. I’ll share the existing workbooks, but many of the formulas are either missing or over-complicated. Your job will be to clean that up, introduce any advanced functions or lookups that reduce manual touch points, and leave each sheet able to refresh itself the moment new data is pasted in.
Inside Zoho CRM, I’d like to stop pushing buttons for things that should happen automatically. Lead assignment, follow-up tasks, and status updates all need well-planned workflows. Once those are running, I also need dashboards and custom reports that mirror the new Excel summaries so our numbers line up in both places.
Deliverables I’ll sign off on:
• Optimised Excel workbook with working formulas, error-free calculations, and refreshable reports
• Live Zoho CRM workflows that trigger correctly for every test case we run
• At least two CRM dashboards matching the key performance views built in Excel
