Comprehensive Zoho Setup Specialist

Zoho CRM + FSM/Inventory + Xero Integration Setup
We are looking for an experienced Zoho consultant to set up and configure our Zoho environment. The project must be completed by Wednesday, 10 September

Scope of Work:
1. CRM Setup
Capture leads from website forms and Facebook into Zoho CRM.
Build a pipeline to track leads through to deals, customers, and revenue conversion.
Create dashboards for lead-to-deal and deal-to-revenue reporting.

2. Inventory / FSM (Operations) Setup
Design a mobile-friendly intake form for consignments:

Record gross weight, select tare type/weight, auto-calc net weight.
Break down into multiple categories (e.g., product types/chemistries) with weight, rate, and totals.
Attach photos/documents.
Intake must update stock levels in Zoho automatically.
Ability to record when items are resold/reused so stock is decremented.

3. Pricing & Invoicing
Set up customer-specific pricing (different rates for different customers).
Generate invoices automatically from intake/sale data.
Push invoices into Xero (drafts) via integration, with correct tax settings.
Sync invoice status and payments back into Zoho.

4. Reporting
Sales and revenue reports linked to CRM.
Inventory on-hand by category.
Consignment intake and sales history by customer.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM, FSM, and Inventory.
Experience integrating Zoho with Xero (mandatory).
Ability to deliver a working, documented setup by 10 September.
Provide clear handover notes and brief training at completion.

Deliverables:
Fully configured Zoho CRM + FSM/Inventory setup.
Functional Xero integration with tested workflows.
Dashboards and reports for CRM, inventory, and finance.
Documentation + SOPs for staff.
