Comprehensive Zoho CRM Implementation

I am looking for an experienced Zoho CRM professional based in Bangalore to configure Zoho CRM end to end for my real estate and services focused business. The scope includes setting up modules, fields, layouts, lead and deal pipelines aligned to the actual sales process, workflow automation for lead assignment, follow ups, reminders and alerts, custom views, reports and dashboards, user roles and access permissions, email and WhatsApp integration using Zoho supported tools, data import and basic cleanup if required, mobile app setup for the sales team, and a short walkthrough with documentation after completion. The CRM will be used primarily for lead management, site visits, follow ups and closures, and I am looking for a practical, easy to use, and scalable setup. The expected timeline is 7 to 14 days, the budget is open to discussion with a preference for a fixed price, and interested candidates should share relevant Zoho CRM experience, their proposed approach, and estimated cost and timeline.
