Position Overview
Euro Pet Express is a premium pet transportation company operating throughout the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and fully automate our new CRM system from the ground up.
This is not simply a CRM data-entry project. We require a complete business workflow solution that manages customer enquiries, bookings, route planning, compliance documentation, driver task management, pet welfare monitoring, customer communications, and financial tracking.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with CRM implementation, workflow automation, business process mapping, and third-party integrations.
