Complete Zoho one set up for a photography business

I would need help in setting up my business process: collecting customer contacts from instagram and Facebook messages and existing forms, updating Crm accordingly and starting email , sms & whatapp marketing campaign. Setting email accounts in zoho mail. Assisting with CRM set up and design, sorting doubts with zoho check out. Set up of Zoho projects. Spanish speaker is a plus.
