Complete Zoho One Setup

I need my Zoho One account configured from scratch so I can start working in Italian without touching the back-end again.

Sales Order
• Import my existing orders and catalogue, automatically creating or updating both Products and Customers as the file lands in the system.
• Make sure future CSV / XLS imports keep the same mapping so my staff can repeat the task in one click.

Zoho Desk
• Activate rotation-based ticket assignment and attach an SLA policy that escalates when a reply is late.
• Make sure both rules are visible to agents and reportable.

WhatsApp Integration
• Link my business WhatsApp number to Zoho so every incoming message opens a ticket or a lead, and replies are stored in the same thread.

Forms & Quotes
• Embed Zoho Forms on my website, pushing submissions straight into CRM with a basic workflow that notifies sales.
• In Quotes I want a margin field that calculates in real time and adds Accept / Refuse buttons for the client portal.

Dashboards
• One simple, role-based dashboard that shows new tickets, open SOs, quote status and SLA breaches at a glance.
