Complete Zoho One CRM Integration

I need my Zoho One account configured from the ground up so that every step of our sales and communication flow lives in one place. The priority is sales and lead management, with full support for lead tracking, automated conversion, and a clearly defined pipeline that mirrors our stages.
Beyond the pipeline, I want staff and client communications to sit inside Zoho wherever possible. That means:
• main sales inbox
• call logging through an integrated telephony add-on
• live-chat capture via Zoho SalesIQ (or an equivalent you recommend)
• outbound and trigger-based SMS using a service such as Twilio, MessageMedia, or Zoho’s own extension-clicksend integrated with other software atm
Use whatever combination of Zoho CRM, SalesIQ, Cliq, Flow, Campaigns, and Desk is needed so that:
• new leads drop straight into CRM regardless of channel
• tasks and follow-ups tracked
• notifications fire by email, chat, or SMS depending on the situation
• managers can see a real-time pipeline view with stage-to-stage conversion metrics
