• Configure Zoho Desk with Support, Sales, and Operations departments, shared mailboxes (support@ / sales@) and SLAs that mirror our response targets.
Finance compliance
• Set up Zoho Books under Saudi VAT rules (15 %), link invoices and payments back to related Deals, and surface financial data inside Desk for quick ticket resolution.
Data capture & insights
• Create Zoho Forms or Zoho Creator apps for service requests, pushing the data into the appropriate custom module.
• Deliver management-level dashboards and scheduled reports highlighting pipeline value, ticket volume, conversion rates, and aged receivables.
