Commission-Only Sales Representative – B1 Sports Academy Global
Mission:
Sell B1 Sports Academy’s global programs (Barcelona + Dubai) using inbound leads provided by the company and self-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact and manage inbound leads from marketing
2. Generate your own leads (optional – higher commission)
3. Present programs through calls, WhatsApp and video meetings
4. Follow up consistently through CRM
5. Close enrollments and guide prospects through the process
6. Weekly reporting
Requirements (Mandatory):
1. Strong background in high-ticket sales
2. Hunter mindset and independence
3. Fluent English or Spanish
4. Comfortable working commission-only
5. CRM experience preferred
Compensation:
1. 5% commission on company-provided leads
2. 10% commission on self-generated leads
3. Commission-only model
4. High earning potential (no cap)
