CRM Update - Zoho
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Hi, we are doing some changes to our database fields on our CRM but we are struggling with how to interconnect modules and replicate these changes on our current modules in zoho.
We want to have 1 data set to pull the data from to help with better reporting based on manufacturer and product. These needs to be Multi-select Vlook where possible (We are limited to 2 per module).
We have different product fields per module that are not interconnected and our reports are a mess because we do not have a single source to pull the product name and manufacturer name.
