Automate Zoho CRM Linkages
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have already built a custom module called “Formulas/Samples” in Zoho CRM and I’m using Deluge scripting with a few existing workflows in place. What I still need is a clean, automatic way to keep that module perfectly tied to the related Contact and Account every time a record is created or associated.
Here’s the outcome I’m looking for:
• When a user creates a new Formulas/Samples record—manually or through an integration—the system instantly links it to the originating Contact and Account.
• The same link must remain intact if a record is re-associated or updated later.
• No one on the team should ever have to set these relationships by hand.
Your tasks:
1. Review my current module structure, field mappings, and the active workflows.
2. Write and deploy the necessary Deluge functions and workflow rules to enforce the relationships.
3. Test edge cases (record edits, bulk imports, API-created entries) to confirm the automation never breaks.
4. Provide concise, step-by-step documentation so I can maintain or extend the logic later.
You should already be comfortable with:
• Zoho CRM module relationships and lookup fields
• Deluge scripting best practices and debugging
• Workflow rules, custom functions, and triggers

• A brief outline of how you’d implement and test this logic
