Add VAT Logic to Zoho Books
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a custom Deluge function that fires when a Deal in Zoho CRM is moved to “Deposit Paid.” It successfully pushes a credit note into Zoho Books with the correct customer, amount, and description. The piece that is missing is VAT.
Here is what I need adjusted:
• The VAT rate is fixed to "Out of Scope" in all credit notes.
• All other existing behaviour—trigger timing, customer lookup, reference number creation—should remain untouched.
Acceptance criteria
• The solution must be delivered as an updated custom function (or set of functions) that I can paste into the current workflow, plus brief comments in the code so I can follow what was changed.
You should already be comfortable with Zoho CRM & Books APIs, Deluge scripting, and cross-app tax handling. If you can handle this quickly, let’s get it done.
