We are a commercial cleaning company based in New Zealand, seeking a Zoho People expert to fully configure the system to match our operational and compliance requirements. Our company services 15+ sites and manages both in-house cleaners and subcontractors.
Scope of Work Includes:
• Full setup of Zoho People (Employee Management, Shifts, Attendance)
• Enable Geo clock-in/out for 15 job sites
• Configure onboarding workflow (contracts, ID, certificates)
• Set up Zoho Forms for:
• Incident Reporting
• Faulty Equipment Return
• PPE Distribution
• Site Feedback
• Integrate leave management and performance tracking
• Custom reminders for document expiry and compliance
• Mobile-optimized setup for field staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Zoho People setup
• Experience working with field service or cleaning companies preferred
• Must understand compliance and timesheet workflows
• Deliverables must be mobile-friendly and easy to use
Timeline:
Project must be completed within 2–3 weeks.
