Zoho One fine tuning and maintenance
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our company has been using Zoho One as our ERP system for about two years. We are looking for a Zoho expert to do two things:
1) work our system for a month or two to set it up fully. We are using about a half of the 40+ apps in the Zoho eco system, including Cliq, Connect, CRM, Projects, Books, People, Sign, Meeting, WorkDrive, Assist, Analytics, SalesIQ, Bookings, Flow, Showtime, Checkout, Social, Subscriptions, and Campaigns. It is working fairly well but there are many settings and functions that can be set up correctly in order for the system to operate well. Some of the settings we're looking to institute are things some Zoho apps give options for, like custom URLs, and verifying domains, etc.
2) A division of our company is dedicated to "publishing" books and ebooks, and we need a Zoho Creator app to track the number of books sold through various channels (taken from retailers' Excel reports) like Amazon Kindle, and then calculates the amount of royalties due to authors (based on the percentage agreed on in a contract).
Since we will need to give the freelancer administrative access to our system we will need to perform a background check of the freelancer.
